Harrisburg, PA – The HACC Men's Soccer team kicked off their 2025 campaign in dominant fashion, earning a 7-3 win over Northampton Community College in their season opener at home on August 26. The Hawks exploded offensively in the first half, scoring five goals and setting the tone early for what would become a high-scoring victory.

The Hawks wasted no time making their presence known. In just the 10th minute, Adrian Arias Perez opened the scoring with a penalty kick goal to give HACC a 1-0 lead. Minutes later, Braulin Pena struck twice—first with an unassisted goal off a corner kick and then finishing a setup from Deyser Perez—quickly extending the lead to 3-0.
Arias Perez added his second goal in the 25th minute, assisted by Brian Ackah, before Northampton responded with their first of the match from Mohamed Hassanali in the 30th minute. Joshua Oliseh closed out the half with a goal in the 40th minute on another assist from Ackah, giving the Hawks a 5-1 advantage at halftime.
In the second half, Samueli Bokoyi and Arias Perez each found the back of the net again to secure the win. Despite two additional goals from Northampton, HACC held firm to lock in their first win of the season.
