Harrisburg, PA – The Hawks Women's Volleyball team faced Lehigh Carbon Community College on Saturday Sept. 9, 2023. The Hawks swept Lehigh Carbon CC 3-0, containing the teams win streak and improving their overall record 3-1.

Prior to the start of the match, Hawks Athletics held a brief ceremony to recognize the 2022 Hawks Women's Volleyball team, who competed in the National Volleyball Championship Tournament, with the raising of the National Tournament Banner.

Match 1: HACC 3, Lehigh Carbon CC 0 - Final

The Hawks dominated against Lehigh Carbon CC in all three sets of the match, taking the lead early and often. The Lehigh Cougars put forth a strong team effort working to close the gap, but were unable to keep pace as the Hawks cruised past, capturing the win; 3-0.

Mackenzie Maass was an offensive powerhouse for the Hawks recording 11 kills and three serve aces. Aliza Sellars led the team in serve aces tallying five for the team's offense along with 20 digs. Camryn Heth fed her team all night tallying 20 assists. 

The Hawks Women's Volleyball team will travel to Penn State Mont Alto on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023. The match is set to start at 7 p.m.
