Harrisburg, PA - The HACC Hawks battled in the cyber arena Monday night against Missouri State University, but ultimatly fell 3-0.

The Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Team has two new members and two returners this season; Ethan "Point_Orbit" Payne – Warzone, and Andrew "D0nks" Dunkel – Vanguard. The fairly new CoD team got matched up against a challenging opponent for match 1.  The first map of the match was Hardpoint on Al Bagra Fortress (71-251). The Hawks had some good holds on the Hardpoint but overall couldn't keep it for long enough to outscore their opponents, who they had difficulty consistently knocking off the point. Map 2 moved them to Embassy, for a match of Search and Destroy. Losing to early picks and the opposing team's stellar coordination, the Hawks struggled to get a point on the map (0-6). Going back to Al Bargra for a game of Control, the third map (0-3) didn't go much differently than the first. With MSU holding down spawn traps and having great utility usage, they prevented our Hawks from getting a round win.

Getting back to practice, the Hawks are putting in the work to come out next week and turn their luck around.
